Affordable therapy in Dubai:

Early Career Professional (ECP) Program at Thrive

We have made therapy more accessible to people who need support with some of the most common mental health challenges (e.g., anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, or family issues).

The Early Career Program (ECP) at Thrive provides the community with an option to access reduced-fee therapy from a newly-trained psychotherapist working under the close supervision of one of our more seasoned psychologists. Our team will work with you to find a good match based on the support that you need and our ECP’s background and expertise.

Our ECP professionals were hand-picked based on their training, interpersonal skills, and potential to grow into excellent psychotherapists.

There are two types of ECP professionals at Thrive:

  • Level 1 clinicians have more hands-on supervision and less direct clinical experience.

  • Level 2 clinicians have more direct clinical experience and independence (though still closely supervised by Dr. Chasity).
