Free access to Thrive in 5 courses offering practical tools for anxiety, burnout, procrastination, and everyday wellbeing.
At Thrive, we believe psychological tools should be accessible to anyone who may benefit from them.
During periods of uncertainty and stress, many people quietly carry more emotional pressure while continuing with the responsibilities of everyday life.
We are opening access to the Thrive in 5 library of courses as part of our commitment to supporting the wellbeing of our wider community. These short, evidence-based courses offer practical tools for common psychological challenges such as anxiety, burnout, procrastination, and perfectionism.
These short courses provide practical psychological tools that can be applied in everyday life and completed privately at your own pace. Topics include managing anxiety, avoiding burnout, connecting as a couple, moving away from perfectionism, tackling procrastination, and self-care.
Thrive in 5 is the digital learning platform developed by Thrive Wellbeing Centre.
The courses were created by Dr. Sarah Rasmi, licensed psychologist and founder of Thrive Wellbeing Centre in Dubai, to make practical psychological tools more accessible to the wider community.
Thrive Wellbeing Centre is a mental health practice based in Dubai providing evidence-based psychiatry, therapy, and mental health services for adults, children, couples, and families. Our clinicians support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship challenges, and life transitions.
Self-guided tools are helpful, but some situations require individual support from a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist. You can learn more about the services available, including psychiatry, and therapy for adults, couples, children, and families.
Thrive has developed a range of psychoeducational resources over the years to support individuals, families, and the wider community.
