I am a CDA-licensed psychologist with an MSc in Clinical Mental Health Sciences from University College London (UCL), offering a compassionate and supportive space for adults navigating emotional and psychological challenges. I have experience working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, addictions, as well as other complex mental health conditions.
My work is grounded in evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), alongside integrative practices such as mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. I believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all and work collaboratively with clients to tailor support to their unique experiences, strengths, and goals.
At the heart of my practice is a commitment to meeting people where they are, with empathy, curiosity, and respect. I strive to create a calm, non-judgmental space for insight, resilience, and meaningful change.
