I am a CDA-licensed child and adolescent psychologist in Dubai, working with children, teenagers, and their families. I hold an MSc in Clinical and Health Psychology from the University of Manchester and a BSc in Psychology from the University of Sheffield.
I support young people through anxiety, emotional regulation, and the everyday challenges of growing up. I understand that seeking therapy can feel vulnerable, and that opening up takes courage - yet it is often through these moments of openness that greater self-understanding, healing, and meaningful change begin.
Much of my work has centred on children, adolescents, and their families, and I've developed a deep appreciation for connection, understanding, and creating safe spaces where young people feel heard and supported. Building trusting relationships, especially with those who struggle to express their needs, is one of the most rewarding parts of my work and continues to guide my approach.
I work with curiosity, empathy, and respect, taking time to understand each young person's experiences, values, cultural background, and personal context. I see therapy as a collaborative process - one that builds reflection, insight, resilience, and lasting change, while staying culturally sensitive and tailored to each individual. I am passionate about supporting emotional wellbeing and advocating for those who find it difficult to advocate for themselves.
I am part of Thrive's Early Career Professional (ECP) program, which means I work closely under the supervision of our Clinical Advising Director, Dr. Chasity O'Connell. In an effort to make therapy more accessible and support the growth and development of clinicians in the field, we offer an adjusted pricing structure through our ECP program.
