While challenges are a natural part of life, no one has to face them alone. I believe that seeking therapy is a brave and healthy choice. Opening up about personal experiences, especially to someone new, is not always easy and takes real courage, and I deeply respect the strength it takes to begin this journey. My role is to offer empathy, understanding, and support, walking alongside you at your own pace.
I am a CDA-licensed psychologist and hold a Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Sunderland, UK. My therapeutic foundation is client-centered, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support clients in understanding their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment.
I support young adults and adults aged 18 and above, addressing diverse concerns including anxiety, low mood, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Therapy is a collaborative process, and together we work on building awareness, resilience, and healthier coping strategies, one conversation at a time.
