I am a CDA-licensed psychologist who works with individuals and couples seeking support with relationship concerns, anxiety and overthinking, phobias, self-esteem, and stress-related challenges. I have a particular interest in supporting clients with interpersonal dynamics, emotional regulation, life transitions, and the impact of cultural and familial factors on mental health and relationships.
I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at McGill University in Canada and my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at the University of Bath in the UK. I have trained and worked across both countries, as well as in the UAE and Pakistan, developing a strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic approaches within diverse clinical settings.
I take an integrative and collaborative approach to therapy, tailoring each treatment plan to my clients’ unique needs, goals, and cultural context. I believe therapy should be both reflective and practical, working alongside clients to build insight and develop effective coping strategies that support long-term wellbeing.
As a South Asian clinician who grew up in Dubai, I am particularly attuned to the complexities of multicultural identity and intergenerational expectations. I am passionate about providing culturally sensitive care and creating a non-judgmental, inclusive space where clients feel understood and supported.
