My professional journey has been shaped by a deep curiosity about human resilience and the ways we adapt, survive, and seek connection. After earning my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University in New York, I trained across diverse clinical settings, working with adults navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and relationship difficulties. Over time, my practice evolved into an integrative approach grounded in Relational Therapy, Attachment Science, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), EMDR, and Schema Therapy.
I believe emotional healing begins in the context of a safe and attuned therapeutic relationship—a space where connection, insight, and self-discovery can unfold. Much of our suffering is rooted in relational experiences where we felt unseen, unheard, or unsafe. By exploring the ways we’ve adapted—whether through perfectionism, emotional detachment, people-pleasing, or hyper-independence—we can begin to reclaim the parts of ourselves that long for recognition, care, and belonging.
My work is trauma-informed and draws on a combination of talk therapy and body-based approaches to support nervous system regulation and emotional processing. I also have training in suicide risk assessment, prevention, and intervention, which informs my clinical sensitivity and commitment to safety.
As someone who values multiculturalism, I’m attuned to how identity, culture, and early relationships shape our internal world. I aim to help clients explore behavioral patterns, deepen self-understanding, and move toward more meaningful, connected lives.
My top priority is building a meaningful relationship that encourages you to maketransformative changes. In my work, I value cultivating introspection and asking challenging questions that inspire you to think differently about yourself. I believe in a strengths-based approach and wholeheartedly respect my clients’ unique life stories. Change is always possible, and I would be honored to help you grow in the ways you desire.
