My way of working is grounded in clarity, honesty, and depth. I don’t believe in scripted responses or quick fixes. Therapy, for me, is about helping people see the patterns that drive them—how they think, feel, and act in ways that once made sense but may no longer serve them. My approach is direct and structured, but always human. I aim to help people see themselves and their relationships with more precision, because real change begins with seeing things clearly, even when that clarity is uncomfortable.
I see therapy as a space unlike any other. Much of life is filled with people who support, encourage, and validate us—and that affirmation matters. But therapy goes deeper. It’s where patterns are held up to the light, blind spots are uncovered, and our ways of seeing ourselves and others are gently but firmly challenged. It’s not always comfortable, and it’s not meant to be. Therapy is a crucible: a contained, alive, and honest space where care and confrontation coexist, because both are necessary for growth.
The best way I can stand in service of others is by showing up as a person first—a human being, not just a professional. Being an individual, finding identity, and learning how to live and love well are among life’s hardest tasks, and I can only do this work by continually doing my own. My own neurodivergence has shaped how I understand intensity and difference; it reminds me that regulation, connection, and identity are lived, daily practices. I work firmly but with care, creating a space that is safe enough to be honest—and honest enough to help people change.
