I am a DHA-licensed Psychologist specialising in child and adolescent mental health, registered with the Board of Psychologists of Veneto, Italy, and a Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society. I have clinical experience in hospital and community settings, working with young people and their families on emotional, behavioural, and relational difficulties, with a particular focus on supporting families through complex and challenging times.
I see every symptom as carrying a meaning and a purpose; rather than focusing only on what needs to stop, I try to understand what a behaviour is trying to achieve, and how it makes sense within a person's family, relationships, and life story. Working within an Adlerian and psychodynamic framework, I pay close attention to belonging, patterns that take shape early in life, and the courage it takes to change them. With children and adolescents, I work closely with families, because change rarely happens in isolation. My goal is to offer a warm, honest, and encouraging space where people feel understood before they are asked to change.
