I am a CDA-licensed psychologist working with adults, emerging adults, and teens dealing with anxiety and depression. I also work with couples and families. I have an M.Sc. in Counseling Psychology from Christ University, India and training from the Beck Institute in the USA. I have been practicing for more than 8 years in India and the UAE. I work with a culturally sensitive approach and an understanding of the intricacies of relationships in Asian culture. I am a native Hindi and Urdu speaker and a fluent English speaker. I have a special interest in supporting people with fertility issues, PCOS, and maternal mental health challenges.

“I am extremely thankful to have had Pashmi as my therapist; Having struggled with anxiety and depression, Pashmi patiently listened and challenged me in ways that have changed my life. She provided me with valuable tools that also enable me to work through obstacles independently, while remaining reachable in case I cannot manage. Pashmi is compassionate and attentive, and I believe she will contribute remarkably to anyone’s growth and development as she did for me.

The team at Thrive are also wonderful, understanding and host a reassuring atmosphere. I highly recommend Pashmi and the team at Thrive.
