I am a DHA-licensed Clinical Psychologist (Dubai) and a HPCSA-licensed Clinical Psychologist (South Africa).  I obtained my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at the University of the Free State, South Africa, in 2011. My clinical interests and extensive expertise cover a broad range of mental health conditions or problematic concerns.

I am passionately committed to assist clients to live a life of intention. In doing so, to become curious in both discovering, understanding and managing ‘why we think, feel and act the way we do’.

Regardless of the referral reason, I facilitate a compassionate therapeutic process that is founded upon an open, collaborative and delicate pursuit of self-exploration and understanding, integrating self-acceptance and change to ultimately learn to live in the moment. I feel privileged to create such a safe space. A space where clients can journey towards healing, and resilience in all areas of their life, where they can learn how to thrive even in the presence of chaos.

Most of all, I want the therapeutic space to resemble the opposite of pain, a space where clients experience loving kindness, where they feel seen, heard, valued and supported.

  • I have been working with Jessica for around 5 months in order to deal with my anxiety. I have made significant progress in the small space of time. In the couple of months, Jessica and I worked together to recognise and identify GAD and have also worked on learning skills to help me deal with the GAD. With her constant and helpful support, I am learning how to recognise irrational thoughts and cognitive distortions and subsequently, learning to control and reduce my anxiety. Skills I’ve learnt in therapy have already been increasing my quality of life in such a short span of time and I am confident that this progress will not be hindered any time soon.
