Take control of your stress & worry with our brand new course.

All sessions will be facilitated by Yusr Mahmud, a qualified Cognitive Behavioral Therapist from the UK and will run on Mondays from 6:30-8pm.

Course Details:

  • October 1: Helpful worries

  • October 8: Challenging unhelpful thoughts

  • October 15: Looking after yourself

  • October 22: Taking control of worry

  • November 5: Tackling avoidance & procrastination

  • November 12: Letting go (mindfulness)
