Group Workshop Therapy (6-weeks)


Over the course of six weeks, you will

  • Learn how anxiety plays out in your mind and body

  • Discover the link between your anxious thoughts and behaviors

  • Develop tools and strategies to help you manage and overcome your anxiety

  • Practice using your new coping strategies week by week

  • Build a network of support with your group members

All strategies and techniques are evidence-based.

We are running separate groups for adults (ages 21+) and teenagers (ages 14-19).

(Teens) Dates & time: Wednesdays from 4:00 to 5:30pm 
(Adults) Dates & time: Wednesdays from 6:00 to 7:30pm

Dates: October 9th, October 16th, October 30th, November 6th, November 13th, and November 20th. 
To gain the best experience, a commitment to attend all sessions is recommended.

The groups will be conducted in a confidential and safe space. You get to decide how much or how little you would like to share.

A minimum of 5 members is needed to begin the group; and seats are limited to a maximum of 8 members.

The group will be facilited by Malak Kamel (M.A.).
 
Fee: 1200 AED
