Wellbeing Check-in - Free for April

We offer 30 minute sessions with our psychologists. These wellbeing check-ins can be used to screen you for common mental health challenges, such as depression and anxiety. They are also an opportunity to speak with a psychologist about how you can tackle the issues you are facing and improve your wellbeing.

We are offering free wellbeing check-ins for the month of April (limited appointments).
