Student Support Group


Thursdays at 2pm, starting April 2, 2020

This free support group is designed to help university students by giving them a space to share their concerns and challenges, learn some self-help strategies from a psychologist and their peers, and connect with a broader network of university students.

Support groups can help participants:

  • Learn stress management skills

  • Be more connected

  • Build a support network

  • Learn from others’ experiences

Please register your interest to confirm your spot. We will then email you a Zoom for Healthcare invitation link that you can use to access each meeting.
