Transform your relationship with food and exercise through our program combining therapy, nutrition, and exercise. Our six week program gives you access to the expertise of one of our psychologists, along with Dietician and Personal Trainer, Baraa El Sabbagh.

We often have the intention to be healthier but we fall into a cycle that throws us off our course.

Our program addresses that by combining

Therapy - individual weekly sessions to discuss your long-term goals, overcome barriers to meeting your goals, and adopt it as a lifestyle.

Nutrition - three individual sessions to help you choose, track, and adjust your diet. Baraa will customize your meal plan, answering all of your questions about weight management, and give you the best tools to feel satisfied and comfortable. The first session will take place at the start of the program, followed by another session after the 3rd week, and a final session when the program has ended (week 6).

Exercise - 16 x 1-hour live workouts in November and December (ending before the holidays)

Your Investment

Option 1: 16 x 1 hour workouts + 3 x 20-minute nutrition consultations + 6 x 50-minute therapy sessions = AED 5,580

Option 2: 16 x 1 hour workouts + 6 x 50-minute therapy sessions = AED 4,120

Option 3: 6 x 50-minute therapy sessions = AED 3,750

I DID IT!!! The leanest and healthiest I have been in SIX YEARS 🤟🏋️‍♂️♥️🥳💪💁‍♀️ Thanks to a program with @thrivewellbeingcentre, over the past two months I have worked my bum off to transform myself mentally and physically. I did therapy with an amazing psychologist called Mina on a weekly basis who helped me reform my relationship with food, undoing complexes, emotional eating (that as a teen almost became an eating disorder) and sabotaging thoughts that I have had for as long as I can remember. I also rid the house of unhealthy foods, learned to cook more wisely and literally tracked every single bite of food I consumed (highly recommend free app called Fitness Pal). Along with a meal plan, @baraaelsabbagh had me working out on live IG sessions to ensure I was gaining strength while losing inches. It feels incredible to be able to fit back into pre-mama clothes, however this program also reminded me how important it is to talk to a professional about the issues that we all struggle with. At a time when anxiety is at an all time high, nothing is more important than taking care of our health and resolving the burdens that hold us down. Here’s to a healthier and happier future for us all! And, once again, a MASSIVE THANK YOU to Thrive - I wake up feeling better every day because of you 🙌❤️🙌 #healthgoals #momlife #2020goals #thrive

It recently hit me that I’ve been trying to lose weight since the age of 14 😲 I have tried every meal plan and fad diet and yet the only thing all my efforts have in common is that I eventually find an excuse to stop working out and binge back the same ten kilos that I had just lost. So, a couple weeks ago I started a new program with @thrivewellbeingcentre - one that promises to tackle your mind and body. And since it’s all online, I can do this from wherever I am and at my convenience. Four meal plans, eight classes and three therapy sessions later I’ve knocked off a few kilos, but that’s actually NOT what I’m most excited about ♥️♥️♥️ . I’ve spent hours on Zoom with psychologist Mina trying to figure out things like how to resolve my emotional ties with food, the actual reasons I sabotage my progress and how to have kinder conversations with myself. We’re also working on undoing lifelong destructive eating habits... Did you know a meal is meant to take you 30 mins to eat? My plate is usually licked clean in four minutes. Chew Dina, chew! Other big improvements so far? Controlling cravings, avoiding triggers and not using excuses (a lonnng list Mina gave me) to rationalize emotional eating. I even have goals and reminders posted around the house... surprisingly HELPFUL! 👍 I’ll be back with another progress report in two weeks. Till then, I get to reward myself (a reason to finally get a bicycle 😍) for reaching my first goal. Here’s to healthier options and happier thoughts! 🚴‍♀️

Have I ever mentioned that I HATE working out? I’ve never been coordinated, athletic or played a sport for fun. The last time I ran a mile was for PE in high school and I dreaded that class more than Calculus 🤦‍♀️. It’s been three weeks since I started my journey with @thrivewellbeingcentre - meals plans, motivational therapy and the toughest bit, the workouts. The setup has REALLY helped though... @baraaelsabbagh hosts live sessions at 12 - the schedule keeps me from procrastinating and saying I’ll work out later. I do the classes with a group, motivating each other while bonding over shared struggles. And finally, since it’s all live we can ask questions as we go. I’ve lost a few kilos so far, but I look quite different already - my stomach doesn’t have the same post preggers bulge and I swear there’s even a bicep on its way. I started only being able to plank for 20 seconds with a few pushups and I’ve now doubled both. I still don’t enjoy working out, but I remind myself that like other things we do for our health, it’s a must. Since Baraa is also the one helping me sort out my diet (to lose some weight, but generally learn to eat/cook healthier) we’re coordinating the two. I also get zoom appointments to ask questions like ‘is it okay if I eat low-calorie ice cream every day as long as I stay within my goals’? All these changes haven’t been easy, but thanks to my ever growing discipline (strategies I picked up from the therapy 💪🏼) I feel SO MUCH BETTER!!! 😜🙌♥️ #staytuned #healthierme
