Free Mental Health Courses: Thrive in 5

There is a lot happening in the world right now. Many people are carrying stress, uncertainty, or emotional pressure while continuing with the responsibilities of delay life.

To support the community during this time, we have opened free access to our Thrive in 5 courses.

Thrive in 5 is a series of short lessons created by psychologists using evidence-based tools. Each course introduces practical psychological tools that can be applied in everyday life and completely privately at your own pace.

Topics include:

  • Managing anxiety

  • Preventing burnout

  • Moving away from perfectionism

  • Connecting as a couple

Thrive in 5 is the digital learning platform developed by Thrive Wellbeing Centre in Dubai.

The courses were created by Dr. Sarah Rasmi, licensed psychologist and founder of Thrive Wellbeing Centre in Dubai, to make practical psychological tools more accessible to the wider community.

Each course is designed to translate psychological research into simple, practical strategies that people can apply in their daily lives.
